Where we ship

We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only. Some services to remote areas may take a little longer.

Delivery options & timeframes

We offer two fulfilment routes. The exact route for each product is shown on the product page and/or at checkout.

  1. UK Warehouse
  • Dispatch time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays).
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch via tracked service (e.g., Royal Mail / DPD)
  1. Partner Warehouse (Overseas)
  • Dispatch time: typically 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery time: 6–9 business days after dispatch via tracked service.
  • Product page will state “Ships from partner warehouse” and show the estimated window.

Mixed baskets: If your order contains items from both routes, we may ship separately at no extra cost. Your overall delivery estimate is set by the longest item.

Order processing

  • Orders placed after our warehouse cut-off are processed the next business day.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation, then a dispatch email with tracking once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Shipping fees

  • Standard UK shipping: Free 
  • We don’t add surprise handling fees at the door.

Tracking

All services are tracked. Your tracking link becomes active once the carrier scans your parcel—please allow up to 24 hours after the dispatch email.

Delivery issues

  • Address accuracy: Please enter the correct house/flat number and postcode. We can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed.
  • Safe place/signature: Carriers may attempt delivery to a neighbour or safe place if suitable, unless a signature is required.
  • Missed delivery: If delivery is missed, the carrier will leave a card or update tracking with collection/redelivery options.
  • Lost or damaged: If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us at support@serenflux.com

Returns & refunds

·       Change-of-mind returns are available to UK consumers under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please see our Returns & Cancellations policy for how to arrange a return and timelines.

    • Faulty or damaged items are handled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (repair/replacement or refund).
