The panel emits red (610/630/660 nm) and near-infrared (810/830/850 nm) light. These wavelengths are absorbed by cells and may support normal biological processes (often called photobiomodulation), helping users feel looser, recovered, and refreshed after consistent use. It’s non-invasive, contact-free, and drug-free.
H1520 (Full-Body Tower): Head-to-toe coverage for home gyms/studios or daily full-body sessions.
H760 (Mid Tower): Torso/legs and larger areas with a smaller footprint.
H320 (Desktop/Table): Portable—great for face, neck, hands, or joints, or bedside use.
All three share the same wavelengths, 30° optics, voice/remote control, and low-EMF, flicker-free design.
Start 6–12 in (15–30 cm) from the area. Use 10–15 minutes per area, 3–5 times per week. You can split sessions (front/back) for full-body. Increase or decrease time/distance based on comfort. (Irradiance is measured at 0", 3", 6", 12" to help you dial in exposure.)
Avoid staring directly into the LEDs at close range. For face sessions, use the included goggles or keep eyes closed. NIR is invisible but still intense—eye protection is recommended for comfort and safety.
